Brian J. Frank, CEO/President: For over 25 years, Brian has been "S hands-on "S in the bail bond industry. In addition to his experience as a bail agent, Brian is a CPA and an attorney, with expertise in Insurance and Bail-related matters.
Phyllis Kimmelman Frank, Vice President: With more than 40 years in the bail bond business, Phyllis has the practical "S"been there, done that" "S knowledge and experience. Her father, Herman Kimmelman, was a bail agent for over 40 years, and Phyllis literally grew up in the business. Phyllis and her husband, Fred, established and operated Fred Frank Bail Bonds, a very successful bail agency in Baltimore, Maryland, which is still run by the Frank Family. In 2004, Phyllis and Fred were inducted in to the PBUS Hall of Fame.
Ronald "Ronnie" Frank, Vice President: A lifetime of industry experience has afforded Ronnie the unique opportunity to see both the bail bond and insurance sides of the equation. His parents "S Fred and Phyllis Frank "S established a bail agency that Ronnie now owns and operates. Few are more versed in the "total" business and industry issues at hand.
Mark T. Holtschneider, Executive Vice President and General Counsel: After starting his career as a CPA specializing in small business accounts, Mark graduated from law school and worked as a trial lawyer. He then became in-house counsel for several large surety companies before joining Lexington National. Since joining the company, he has worked closely with agents around the country to help solve their problems and grow their businesses.
Kim Marzullo, CFO, Vice President: After obtaining her CPA, Kim worked as the controller in various small businesses. In 2002, Kim joined Lexington National. She handles all accounting, finance, and tax issues, including BUF accounts and 1099s. In addition, Kim has worked with numerous Departments of Insurance on rate, form and other regulatory issues.
Randy K. Parton, Senior Vice President: Having started in the business in 1974, Randy brings more than 30 years of experience to Lexington National. Randy has succeeded in every facet of the bail bond business, from forfeiture prevention and management to fugitive recovery to agency ownership, to operating a successful general agency, to working at the insurance company level for more than ten years. He has done it all in this profession, and thrives on sharing his experience, insight, and knowledge with others. Randy not only loves bail, he lives bail. In recognition of his accomplishments, Randy was inducted into the PBUS Hall of Fame in 2005.
Dennis Sew, Director of Agent Relations: When it comes to fugitive recovery, Dennis is one of the best. On the federal level, he has worked with the U.S. Marshall Service, FBI, DEA, ATF, Secret Service, and Homeland Security. On the state level, Dennis has worked with police, sheriff and other law enforcement officers in almost every state. If an agent has a question about fugitive recovery, Dennis can provide the answer.
Lisa Slater, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer: Lisa started as Lexington National's first employee in 1990. She has worked at every level in the organization and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer, in charge of the day-to-day operations of the company.
